Warranty Claim Process

1️⃣ Submit a Claim: Email us at hello@smoothrugs.com with:

• Your order number and proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
• Photos of the issue

2️⃣ Processing Time: Claims are reviewed within 5-7 business days.

3️⃣ Resolution: If approved, we will replace the item or offer store credit, based on availability.

📝 Important Notes

• Our Lifetime Warranty is valid for the usable life of the rug (up to 10 years).
• The warranty applies only to purchases made directly from SmoothRugs.com.
